Growing up in the Helena area, it was always a must to go hike MT Helena every so often. Whether friends were visiting or you just needed a quick trip to stretch your legs, the little mountain has yet to disappoint. Now older, wiser, and with access to my own car, I’ve gotten a little more choosey with my hikes, and found a few more that I’d recommend!


Check these out the next time you need a quick day hike, and make sure you turn around if you see a snow bank and don’t have a four-wheel drive, these aren’t all winter friendly!
